We solve most problems by telephone or by remote access, but if necessary we’ll send you an engineer or arrange for collection and repair at our service centre.

An economical subscription covers the majority of computer problems, and a range of affordable service extras covers anything else that might arise.

Well, any reasonably modern one, preferably with at least a CD-ROM drive and a broadband connection (required for remote access support).
